Oenobeer Saison w/ Sauvignon Blanc Grapes / 8.5% / 750ml Bottle

Our latest adventure in crafting beer spontaneously fermented with grapes by natural wine yeast. Rather than aging in oak, we aged this enobeer with Sauvignon Blanc grapes in neutral vessels and then conditioned them in bottle. Clear wine bottles showcase the beauty and uniqueness of this beer-wine hybrid. Effervescent with notes of peach and pineapple.
